Tuesday team, I am so sorry to report a gain of 1 and 3/4 lbs. I went to Indiana this past weekend for a family function and wasn't good, now I am having some issues with 2 of my kids, the stress is killing me but I will try harder because over-eating only hurts me, doesn't help the situation.
