I love my salad, my fresh green salad,

The other night friends, as I lay sleeping,
I dreamed of pizza and ice cream.
Then I awoke just in time for weigh in.
And was glad it was only a  dream!

The scales don't lie pals,

Food calories count up really fast.
We've got to keep on keeping on,
TOPS so we can all be KOPS at last.
