I think that I have posted this song before, but couldn't find
another St. Patricks Day song.

Our TOPS and KOPS are smiling,
'Tis because we watch our weight.
We must not resort to tingeing.
Blaming gains on genes or fate!
We cut back on our portions.
And reduce the fats and sweets.

We're faithful in attendance,
And we're strong links in this chain.
And can face the scales a-knowing
That our losses all are gains.
We care about each member
