[CyberTOPS] caretakers

We had a mentally challenged person in our Chapter for a while. Her
caregiver sat in our meetings and was not a member. Our AC said that
caregivers do not have to join to attend with the member. The member
was very shy. Even though she got less shy with us, I'm not sure she
would have attended if her caregiver could not have sat with her. tsh

we also had a husband takening his elderly wife to our meetings by car.
we
are a small group. they'd been coming long before I was and I never
asked. I
just assumed that they thought it would be a really bad idea to have him
wait
out there in the heat/cold...whatever elements while she was in the
meeting.
he just sat on the back and quietly read a book.
