We cut back on our portions,
And reduce the fats and sweets,

Making progress toward goals each week!

We're faithful in attendance,
And we're strong links in this chain,
And can face the scales a-knowing
That our lossses all are gains
We care about heach member
And cheer those who might feel bleak.
