[CyberTOPS] Chapter elections

Hi all, good to know other chapters have a challenging time getting people to
stand for office, although we had the most excitement we've had in years this
time--a 3-way tie for secretary! We had to re-do the vote, & in the end now
have a new leader & secretary. Co-leader, treasurer, Wt recorder & asst WR
remain the same. I'd been leader since '04, so it's going to be kind of nice
to sit back and let someone else head things up (she's going to be great--was
a past WR & probably held a few other offices before I even joined in '03)
Sorry to hear about the root canal, Donna...been there, done that (also
resulting from an infection)--NOT fun! Hope you bounce back soon.
