[CyberTOPS] old scales

This rule HAS to depend on WHO bought the scale right? I mean if the chapter
bought the scale with chapter funds then cool but what if a member bought
the scale? Why would the coordinator get it? Our little chapter that just
disbanded had a digital scale that was purchased and dontated by one of our
members. When we "closed shop" she took it home because she bought it. I
wasn't about to give it to our coordinator. Plus all the money that was in
our account (was a personal account not chapter account) went with us
because we disbanded Jan. 1 and transfered to another chapter and that money
was our SRD funds and SRD is in April and we have enough for the hotel and
registration and gas. Without that we wouldn't be able to go to SRD so there
MUST be stipulations to this rule!

Oh and I am loving this new chapter. You know what they want to do for us?
We have only been there for 2 months and they want to pay our SRD
registrations! We told them no more than once but they insist. We feel as
though we weren't there to help raise the money we shouldn't get any but
they disagree. Isn't that nice? I think so! I'm not going to argue anymore.
I'm going to take the money! LOL! :)
