[CyberTOPS] old scales what to do?

You do NOT round the weights -- put them in the member's chart exactly as
the scale says. The only time weights are rounded is at the end of the
year if the total lost or gained is something like 2.1 then it is rounded
to 2.25 as the division winners, etc. are based on quarter pound increments.

If weights are always rounded on the chart each week, it can lead to a big
discrepancy as below:

Person #1 weighs in with a loss of 2.2, WR rounds to 2.25
Person #2 weighs in with a loss of 2.3, WR rounds to 2.50

Person #1 lost only 0.1 less than Person #2, but now all of a sudden on
the chart, they are 0.25 apart. This could add up to a huge difference in
the space of a year. Even if the WR rounded the 2.3 to 2.25, now that
person has lost their 0.1 advantage.
