I believe I'm getting more exercise here in Arkansas simply by trying to keep
up with my grandgirls.  I don't have time for walks, but I've lost 3.2 pounds
this week.

I'm going home Friday and will be so happy to be there. A 65-year old was not
meant to take care of a five and seven year old.  I've had a great time, but
I'm all out of energy (or spoons, as fibromites call it).  I am in awe of any
grandparents raising grandchildren.
