Well I gained 1/4 tonight.. but I have loss 10 good pounds for the year.. we had our awards tonight.. and got some special things.. I am 423.25 tonight.. When I started my chart I was 433.50.. Sorry Team 10!!!!! Working hard this week and every week! IF IT IS TO BE ITS UP TO ME.... Amy
