[CyberTOPS] Close to Goal Challenge

I challenge anyone that's goal is attainable this year to reach KOPS by or
before your last meeting in December for 2010.  For me personally I'm 1lb
from being halfway to goal.  No sign ups needed just keep track and let us
know if you reached your goal at the end of 2010.  If I keep losing at the
pace I am I'll be there by Summer if not before.
