Good Morning Everybody,
     We hope that your weekend went the way you wanted it to go. Did you spend some time on yourself?  Yes, taking care of what needed to be done but then turning the rest of the day to you, your worth it.  So enjoy. We've had a cold spell, not much going on outside but we're keeping busy inside and spending time doing things we like to do.  It's fun.

Today's Encouraging Thought!!!!!!!!!

                                            Make your foods fit your healthy lifestyle.............

            We are well aware of the fact that as we remove our unwanted weight we are going to have to make changes, healthy changes.  The ones that are going to effect our very lives for the rest of our lives to be exact.  On of the first things that we did was to get ourselves a scale that we could count on.  Yes, we  joined TOPS.   With that in mind what we had to think about next was think about was food.  Not far from anyone mind, right? However, the right food is what we needed to have.  With some research, TOPS help, we discovered that we could still have all the things that we used to but we had to cut back, we had to watch things like the food labels, calories, carbs,and  fat.  That's not all, we also had to almost learn how to prepare and cook our food all over again.  That wasn't to bad either. We were able to do that, too.  We also had to be careful when it came time to fill our plates. Reason being we no longer
 wanted to eat as much as before because we now want to remove our unwanted weight and change the way we have been eating in the past. No more Clean Plate Club. It was a thing of the past. We just wanted to be healthier.  We can do this.  We are changing our life style.  This portion control option is working and is making a big difference.  It has become a normal part of our new healthy life style.  As you can see we have been making food fit into our life style as we work towards a healthy new us.  Healthy food has always been there but we just haven't seen the good stuff.  Now that we know how to be wiser at picking out what's good and what's not. We have learned how to make our comfort foods into healthy foods.  We're on the right track towards our weight lose goal.  We know that with each weight lose we have,no matter how small it may be, we are getting closer to the goal we seek and that we are going to succeed. You can do this
 for you.  You wanted to make a difference and change from the old you to the new healthier you and your doing just that.  Everything is changing right before your eyes and you are making it happen.  You can do it.
