I started of 2010 in the right direction. I had a loss of 1.6 pounds, yahoo.
I've been doing really good with my food intake and making sure to log all my
food into my PDA. My exercising has also been really great. Only thing is I
really need to work on my water intake. I'm not getting anywhere what I should
be getting.
This year I've decidednot to focus on the numbers on the scale. Know matter
what the scale says each week I will walk away with a great out look on life.
Here are my resoluations for the year.
a) Food journal as many days as I can.
b) Try two(2) or more new recipes a month.
c) Exercise at least 30 minutes four (4) days a week.
d) Weight train two (2) to four (4) days a week.
I'm going to keep a chart on how I do each week. I'm really excited to see how
this year is going to be.
As an extra incenative one of the ladies from my TOPS chapter and I are
challenging each other to see who can loose the most weight between tonights
weighin and our weigh-in just before ARD in April. Whoever comes in 2nd they
have to pay one months chapter dues for the winner. Tonight durng the meeting
I told everyone about it and there all cheerng us on. Naturally I know that
I"m going to win,but Susie will come in a very close 2nd. Wow am I over
confident or what?
This morning we all were shooked up. We had an earthquake, 4.1 on the scale.
Honestly the quake last less then 5 seconds. So it was really a sissyquake. I
also look at it this way. I lived through the 89 quake and until we have
another quake of that size, then I can live through any quake.
