[CyberTOPS] OT shingles

I have had shingles since before Christmas. I have been to the doctors a couple of times. In fact I have another appointment on Friday Morning. I have a lot of back pain and lower abd. pain, most of the time. I am on pain meds. I have taken valtrex  for shingles for 2 weeks. I am still swollen where the rash didn't break out. I did break out in several area with a rash. The meds are making me gain weight. I am just horrible. I think God have me this nerve condition so I can feel how Royal feels. 
 Any ideas what else I can do. I am taking Vit C & D.
