Good Morning Everybody,
   Well we have turned the corner and are headed towards the end of this week.  Yes, the weekend is starting to peek through and we can start making plans as to what we want to get done this weekend.  Don't forget to ensure that rest is on your list of things to do.  However, first we have to finish the rest of this week and we hope that your week is going the way you want it to. That work is going good and that everything that has to go together does just that, go together.  What's that the dwarf say"whistle while you work and the happier you'll be".  Just something to think about, a little music might help get you thru your day. Also remember to smile and other will smile with you. Enjoy your day and remember that we're thinking about you and that we have you in our thoughts.

                                 What three letter word really counts??? 

        Wow, there's so many three letter words out there to think about or to pick from for that matter.  Now let me think for a minute.  I don't think this is a trick question, so what is on your mind? A three letter words that really counts.  Mm, well that three letter word is YOU for many reasons. When it comes right down to it you are the one that counts.  You are the one that is doing this for you.  You are the one that wants to get healthy.  You are the one that wants to remove your unwanted weight and become the new slimmer, trimmer, healthier ,happier new you.  You are the one that is going to see your way all the way to your goal weight and make your "STAR" shine brighter than ever.  You can do this. As you can see you are the key and you can do it with out a doubt.  Yes family, friends and TOPS member are there when you need them and always will be, however it's still up to you to make the dream of yours to come true
 and this you can do.
