Good Morning Everybody,
  Now that the holiday's are behind us and we are back to our normal schedules things should be getting back to where they were.  We sure do hope that everyone had a great holiday season and that everything went the way that you want them to go.  Also, we wish everyone a successful 2010 where your dreams and desire all come true. That taking care of the things at hand are easier then ever before and that your unwanted weight disappears like never before.  Just remember what you want is in your hands and you are in control of how fast it happens.  You can do this for you.

          What you want is in your hands and you are in control of how fast it happens.........

      We all want our unwanted weight to go away and never return. So, we set up a goal, designed a plan on just how we planned to accomplish this mission.  Even though it seemed like an overwhelming task, we took it on.  Yes, we have been making great progress as we have seen for ourselves that weight start coming off.  We have learned a lot about food, reading food labels, the importance of writing down what we really eat. How to prepare our food, how to eat out and a lot about ourselves.  Most of all we learned that we do have what it takes to make the necessary changes to give us a healthy lifestyle.  To improve our health and make our life easier to live.  Better yet we found out that we are in control,  its in our hands and up to us.  So remember that you do have not only the power but the ability to succeed at reaching your goal and make that dream of your come true.  You can do  it.
