[CyberTOPS] Some KOPS Recognition on cyberTOPS!

I wanted to recognize some fantastic KOPS success here on cyberTOPS. These 
members have reported as a KOPS for at least 24 months and have averaged 
in leeway for that time.  Some may have struggled along the way, but 
they're still KOPS!!
