[CyberTOPS] BEST LOSER AND TOPS KOPS FOR 2009

There were 143 TOPS and 35 KOPS reporting this year!

2010 is here, and it's time to start anew and work towards having a loss 
for next year!!!
Let's strive to lose at least 10 in 2010! 

(I will send out a separate report showing those who had a turtle or net 
loss for the year or averaged in leeway).

The Best Losers and TOPS KOPS will receive a charm and ribbon!
