Good Morning Everybody,
    Well how was your first day of 2010?  Ours was great because first we were together and second we knew that we had our family, our tops family all with us,  Wow, what a wonderful feeling just knowing that we all have the most important ingredients of any plan.  We have each other.  Remember to keep going and don't give up on you until you reach that weight you want to be.  You can do it.

    Think about it, we must make hundred of decisions everyday or more.  Sometimes we don't even think about it when we think about it, we just make our minds up and it happens.  Yep, it's done.  The thing that we don't seem to realize is that our decisions and our choices are tied together to get the job done.  On our journey towards our goal we work hard to get the results that make the difference and change our life style. We are doing with every weight loss we have and as our health improves. Oh, we do feel so much better.  Just remember that we are going to succeed and make our dream come true because have the tools, the power and the desire it take to be successful and we have all ready seem ourselves standing in the light that our "STAR" shines on us.  We can do this for us.
