Happy New Year Everybody,
    Wow!, Can you believe it that we left last year behind us along with all of the trouble and woe's.  Ok, at least it was a thought but that would be great.  Anyways, the thing is we are in a brand new year and for that matter a brand new decade that has been already designated as a year to make you happy and that success will fill the air around you. So, keep your eyes open, your arms, hands ready to receive this joyful feeling.  Keep in mind that we too are still here with helping hand if you need us to encourage you. You know that you have that "I can do it and  you will make it to your dream.  You can do it.

                    New Year--new challenges--New You..........

      We all can see that we brought in the New Year at 0001 this morning when they dropped that grant ball in Times Square in New York City, a bit on the chilly side, but nobody minded at all.  So 2010 has gotten off to a great start with everyone having fun enjoying themselves.  Even if you couldn't be there we hope that your celebration was just as good, better yet even better.  Way to go.  Just think with this New Year is going to come new challenges for us to be successful at completing and moving even closer towards our goals.  Which brings us the the new us!  In our continue search to reach our goal weight, as we worker and harder just maybe this might be our year that we reach our goal,light up our "STAR" and make it shine.  You can do it
