[CyberTOPS] Do you want to join the CyberTOPS Valentines Team Challenge?

(I have sent this to everyone who is currently on roll call, but am now 
sending it to the list in case someone not currently on roll call would 
like to participate.)

It's time again for a cyberTOPS team challenge!!  This challenge will run 
from Sunday January 3 through to Saturday, February 13 (6 weeks).

Each team will be headed by a KOPS Kaptain, and the TOPS will be divided 
up amongst the teams evenly, depending on how many KOPS sign up.

Points will be earned in the following ways:

TOPS:  2 points for every loss reported, 1 point for every turtle.
KOPS:  2 points for below goal, 1 point for above goal (in leeway)
No points for a TOPS gain, EXC, N/M, etc., or for KOPS out of upper leeway.

If everyone on the team reports in before Sunday morning each week, the 
team will get 5 points. (You can report in EXC or N/M, etc. and that 
counts as reporting in -- I just need to get some kind of report from you).

If the TOPS on the team have a net loss, the team will get 3 bonus points.
If the KOPS on the team is also below goal when the TOPS have a net loss, 
the team will get another 2 bonus points.

Finally, the three teams with the highest net loss each week will earn 
additional points *if* all members have reported in:
Top net loss for TOPS:  5 points
2nd net loss for TOPS:  3 points
3rd net loss for TOPS:  1 point
If there is a tie in points for this, the KOPS Kaptain who is the lowest 
below goal will determine the team placement.

All members on the team with the most points at the end of the challenge 
will receive a prize!!!
