Hi Beth,
i'm so sorry to hear that being a KOPS was stressful for you. I've never been
a KOPS, so I can only image what that must of been like for you. I think your
decision not to rebecome KOPS is a good one. We all love and care about you.
It's important not to make yourself sick with worry over this. What is
important is taking care of yourself, and it sound like your doing that.
Please don't think that your decision not to become a KOPS again was the easy
way out. You know deep in your heart that decision was not easy for you. It
was a decision that you had to make and no matter what were all here for you.

My thoughts and prayers are with your assistant weight recorder.

TOPS HUGS! Katherine

It is with embarrassment and relief that I report I turtled tonight but had
to lose one pound to get back into leeway and I didn't so I am no longer a
KOPS!! It is a relief for me as I am a really high strung person and I just
made myself sick each week worrying about staying within leeway.

Therefore, I have decided when I get to my goal again, 4 pounds away, I will
not register as a KOPS again, I will remain a TOPS! Maybe the easy way out
but I can't go through another day like today.

On a more serious note, please pray for our assistant weight recorder--she
lost her husband last night to lukemia. He was just diagnosed around the
first of November. She is young, probably in her early 30's and they have 2
sons, ages 3 and 5. She is young enough to be one my children and here she
is going through something I have never experienced. My heart hurts for her.
Please remember her for us!! Her name is Lori, Chuck is her husband's name.
Thanks so much!!

TOPS hugs to all, Beth
