Hot fluffy biscuits, pork sausage and gravy.
Honey cured ham and bacon fried wavy,
Hash browns with onions and fried onion rings
These are a few of my favorite things

When the scales move
Toward the high side
And I'm feeling sad,
I simply remember my new favorite things
And then I don't feel so bad.

Salads with tofu, and fruit topped with yogurt,
Sweet baby carrots, I eat 'til my sides hurt,
Hugs from our huggers and songs someone brings,
There are a few of mew fav'rite things.

When the scales move.
Toward the low side
Then I jump for joy,
Simply by eating my new fav'rite things,
There's much less of this ol' boy!
