Hi all from a newbie:
        Some of my chapter members saw the show & noticed no specific mention
of TOPS; I think it was sort of implicit that the 100-lb losers were TOPS
members...
        I did the RealAge test awhile back and was a few years BELOW my
chronological age--in spite of my weight! Lucky me, but I gotta get serious if
I want to keep it that way: blood pressure's up & I was diagnosed with sleep
apnea last yr. Both Dr's said weight loss would alleviate (if not eliminate)
both health issues. BTW, the RealAge site is good & full of useful tips &
info.
        Tues weigh-in--was down 1/2 lb & a 3-week loser! Happy to be moving in
the right direction  :)
