[CyberTOPS] CyberTOPS Weigh in Day Challenge

The Valentine's Challenge was such a success that I am starting the next 
challenge:  The Weigh In Day Challenge.

This challenge will run for 6 weeks from Monday, February 15 through to 
Saturday, March 27.

Everyone currently on roll call is automatically included, so email me 
ONLY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO PARTICIPATE PLEASE.  You will be grouped 
according to your weigh in day, and the winning team will be determined by 
the total weight lost on average for TOPS, and the average below goal for 
the KOPS.  The two numbers will be added together, and the team with the 
lowest number will be the winning team!
