Good Morning Everybody,
    Well here it is Friday, the day we all have been
waiting for!  Yes, we it's time for us and doing what we need to do for us. 
So enjoy your weekend and remember even though you have a lot of things that
is just calling your name wanting you to take care of them, you still have to
have time for you.  This you can do and should.  Again enjoy and have a great
and wonderful day.  We're smiling right back at you.

 Learn-----Practice------Loose........ 

                     Now isn't that
the truth!  This is the way it has been all of our lives if we stop to think
about it.  When we were young and just starting out on our journey into this
wonderful world we had to learn, then we had to practice what we learned. 
However we didn't lose quite yet, except for our baby teeth!  One might even
say that we started to add a bit over the years.  Then after years of 
learning and practicing all the things that we have been taught, we discovered
that some of that wasn't so healthy. Now we had to do something to make some
changes.  Yes, you said it we needed a lifestyle change.  We needed to remove
some of our unwanted weight.  This is where the lose came is.  It's what we
have to do to get ourselves back to looking healthy, back to a feeling healthy
and back to better health.  We're still learning, practicing and most
important we're loosing. Yes, that unwanted weight is going
 away so that our health can improve.  We are going to do it  to.  We're
making changes that are changing our live because we can.   All of these
things we can do because we have what it will take to succeed.  We're all
going to be winners.  You can do it.
