Good Morning Everybody,
      It's here at last and when we get home tonight
then we will for sure be half way thru this week.  Yes, we know that it has
been a  week of bad weather.  Too much snow in some area's and we hope that
all of you are safe.  Our thoughts and prayers are with you all and hopes that
everyone stays safe. Also we hope that you have had a great day and with a
smile to help you. Also let others know that they too can make it, just like
you.  So hang in there as things will get better.

 One great day after another.............
         
                  Do you
believe  we woke to yet another great day.  It just seems to happen and it
makes us feel like things are going our way. Another great day for
opportunities!  Maybe it's because we have started to take control of our 
lives for the first time in a long time.  It sure does feel good, too!  Don't
you think so, too?  Think about we are changing the very way that we run our
very lives. We mean every aspect of our lives.  Finally we know just what we
want and we know just how to get it.  With all the new information, exercises
and our old friend water to help on our journey it is impossible for us not to
succeed.  We are going to make it all the way to our goal weight and succeed. 
We all can do it.  If not today, then there will be another day but it will
happen and we all will smile.  We can do it and can to.  Go for it.
