Hi Lori,
I am excused this evening from the group and I am away in Toronto for the next
two Wednesdays.
I will return on March 1 so my next weigh in will be March 3.
I am weighing in when I am in Toronto but getting you that information may be
difficult as I have no access to a computer.

I have already gone 'no mail'  will reconnect when I return
