So they had Italian food from Zio's!! Ugh! I thought it would be Subway but
I was wrong.

They had spaghetti and meatballs, fried raviolis, salad with Italian
dressing, rolls with butter, brownies, and iced tea. OMG!

I had 2 raviolis, a small salad with very little dressing, one roll with
butter, and 2 very small glasses of iced tea with Splenda. I think that was
pretty darn good for me especially since I would have LOVED to have dived
into that spaghetti head first coming up only to say BAZINGA! LOL! (You will
get that joke if you watch Big Bang Theory!)

How will it affect the scale tonight? Who knows? Who cares really right? *I*
know what I did this week and that's all that matters! :) My scale said
almost 6 lbs. down this morning out of the shower. I am proud of that.
That's almost 14 lbs. down since the 2nd week in January!
