How to Set Up Access to the TOPS  Website

All active TOPS members have access to the  TOPS website.

Login and password are not assigned automatically.  They are to be set up
the first time you use the website.

If you  are a member or chapter Leader, follow the steps below to access
the TOPS  website. If you are not certain that your login has been added to
the  system, follow these steps to verify your login and password.
    *   Go to the TOPS website at: http://www.tops.org
    *   In the blue bar, click bSign  inb
    *   Click bHelpb (a  pop-up box will appear)
    *   If you are a member, click bWeb access set up for a Member that has
never  logged inb
    *   If you are a Leader, click bWeb access set up for a Leader that had
never  logged inb
    *   Enter your 7-digit member  number (found on membership card - on
back cover of each  TOPS News)
    *   Enter your Chapter  ID (2-letter state/province abbreviation, 1
space,   4-digit chapter number)
    *   Click bSubmitb
    *   If you receive the message: bMember Login and Password  Activatedb

    *   You are able to login.
    *   Your login is your 7  digit membership number.
    *   Your password is the FIRST two digits of your FIRST Name plus  the
FIRST four digits of your  LAST Name.
    *   You will receive an email to confirm this information if we have a
valid email address in our system.

    *   If you receive the message: bThe login ID already exists for  this
membership"
    *   Your login already exists.
    *   Click bReset my  password.b

Still having difficulty or cannot find your member number or chapter
number? Email _tops.admin at tops.org_ (mailto:tops.admin at tops.org) . To identify
yourself, include your first name, last name, membership number (if you  know
it) and mailing address.
