Good Morning and Happy Wednesday,
       We hope that your week is going great
and that you are having the kind of success that you have been wanting.  Just
having a good week spells success.  Being in the right place at the right
time, doing what we know we are supposed to be doing when were supposed to be
doing it and eating the right foods at the right time.  Now that's an
accomplishment, even if we only get a couple of them right it all counts. 
Yes, this is the middle of the week and the weekend is getting closer.  Your
right on that, time to start making plans for this weekend. So we don't waste
an time trying to figure out what to do , when. A good plan makes for extra
time.  Have a great day and remember you are going to reach for the "STARS"and
make your dream come true.  You can do it.

                                  Having a great
Foundation makes you a successful Weight Manger................
 
         
Like building a house or getting ready to do a program at your chapter you
need a plan.  In order to do a lot of the things we do we need a good
foundation to build on. So that we have a sound base so as not crumble a fall
apart.  Lets face it, who would want to get have way thru making a wonderful
sugar free cake only to have it fall to pieces right before you got to put the
icing on.  Nobody, right.While , with our weight loss program there are some
things that we can do to ensure that those type of things don't happen to us.
Like listening to our bodies first thing every morning when we try to skip
breakfast.  Our bodies try to tell us that we need to eat, to start  or we'll
run low on energy before midday.  We need to listen when our bodies speak. 
That also applies to when we're exercising, our bodies know when enough is
enough and when real pain turns into a hurt.  Yes, exercise is great and you
should do it but be smart
 and listen to your body and your doctor. They know what's best.  Here are
some other things to be mindful of to be a successful weight manager that you
can start using now and in you new lifestyle.  
They are as follows:
.Hunger
management-never go hungry, two snacks each day.
 
.Bounce back- don't let a
gain keep you down, get right back up,brush yourself off and make next week
even better.
 
.Keeping your weight in mind- always remember you weight loss
goal.
 
.Avoiding junk food-if you don't have it you can't eat it.
 
.Binge
prevention-eat three meal, two snacks.
 
.Savoring your food-eat your food
where time isn't factor, take time to enjoy.
 
.Choosing a well-balanced
diet-many of them out there, pick what works best for you and stick to it.
 
With this in mind remember that you still have portion control on your side
and that you are in control of your own destiny.  The journey that you are on
is for you, that you can and will succeed at reaching you goal weight.  Your
going to light up the sky, the"STARS" are going to shine brightly for all the
world to see, the you did it and we'll be here cheering you on.  You can do
it.
