What resolutions, made as this new year  began, are you still keeping?

How are you maintaining the changes you  decided would help you most to
achieve your goals?

Are you determined to  meet the Cut and Burn Challenge of a ten-pound loss
for the year? What are you  cutting out? How are you being a little more
active?

Have you pulled out  your copy of My Day One from your December/January
issue of TOPS News and begun  to implement the process?

I am truly looking forward to a lively chat and  sharing of ideas when we
