[CyberTOPS] Question about TOPS charms & awards

I asked this question a couple weeks ago on another board but didn't get any
answers.  Was hoping someone could give me some direction.

 

We are finally ready to order some charms for the first time and I have a
couple questions.  There's been a lot of talk about the 10# charm.  I don't
see this on the brochure for charms.  Am I missing it?  I do see the 10#
Italian charm, but we're planning to use the other types of charms.

 

Also, do other chapters give 10# charms for every 10# lost or are there
other charms for those that have lost more?   We have a couple members
who've lost in the 40s and a couple who've lost in the 20's so far.

 

And finally, is there a charm for charter members?  I see the pin, but don't
see a charm.  

 

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
