Good Morning Everybody,
     The sun not quit up yet  so we'll be the first to wish you a great day and hope that you get every thing done that is on your to do list.  Plus making sure that you have time in there just for you.  Read an article the other day on just how important taking time for yourself can be and it kinda opened my eyes and made me stop and think.  That old saying about all work and no play must have really meant something.  Anyways be sure to take care of you, your worth every minute.

Today's Encouraging Thought!!!!!!!!

    You know your going to succeed because you can except change........

    Just that one fact alone opens our eyes and gives us new hope as to where it is that we are going.  We are able to except necessary changes in order for us to move towards the goals that we seek is so wonderful.  That's knowledge is worth more than any amount of money can buy.  Just knowing that we are going to succeed gives us goose bumps!  Yes, it might take a while but we have time on our side and with the fact that we know in our minds and in our hearts that as long as we continue to keep working hard, making the right food choices, cooking the right way, getting our daily exercise and drinking our water, we are going to make our dream come true.  Yes, you said it, we are going to reach our goals and shine like the "STARS" that we are.  Remember that we are following tour dreams that put us on the path to better health, a slimmer, trimmer body and a second chance to do all the thing we've always want to do.  We can do it.
