      We hope that your day is off to a great start and that you have a wonderful day.  Yes, we know that is might be a bit hard to just relax but you can do it.  Just think that you are doing this for a good cause!  Yep, you guessed it, the cause is you!  So enjoy.

Today's Encouraging Thought!!!!!!!!

                        When reality set, you will realize that you are succeeding.........

                  Most of the time we don't see the whole picture.  We only see the day to day plan and work on that.  However, when we take the time to realize just what we have set up-meaning our weight loss goal. We realize that we do have a plan as to how we are going to remove our unwanted weight and keep it off.  With each and every weight loss  we have we move closer and closer to our becoming the healthy person we long to be.  The weight we want to weigh, to become healthier, slimmer, trimmer, being able to do all those thing we used to do.  Wow, just thinking about it our picture is starting to clear up and the focus is clearing up.  How about you, are you starting to get a better sight on where you are going, is your goal coming into focus.  Yes, we all have our dream and our goal of reaching our goal weight. Being a KOPS Star will to come true.  Realizing that all of this is taking place and is happening
 reinforces what we want to take place just for ourselves.  This is just what we need.  We can do it.  We're  on our way.  We will succeed.
