[CyberTOPS] Costume Ideas

When I first joined TOPS, one of the fall rally day themes was Halloween.
The chapter I belonged to was the host chapter.   We decided to dress
according to them.   One of the chapter members sewed and offered to sew the
costumes.   We got material that had a Halloween print on it.   Rita made
the costumes.   The members going each brought in a paper bag from our local
supermarket so we could design our own masks.   When we were registering the
members of other chapters attending, many complemented our costumes.  As I
recall, our chapter won for chapter dressed according to theme.

I need some costume ideas.  For our Fall Rally the theme is Halloween
related so I need some ideas on what to go as for the parade.  The Fall
Rally isn't until October 24th but I wanted to get some ideas now.
