Good Morning Everybody,
       We've made it half-way thur this week and we can get a glimpse of the weekend starting to show it's self.  We're getting ready, are you?  We've been working on what it is that we want to get done and the fun that we want to have.  Now all we have to hope is that the weather is on our side.  Time will tell.  We hope that your week has been going the way that you have wanted it to go.  Just remember you are in control and you set your destiny.  You can do it.

Today's Encouraging Thought!!!!!!!!

                                                Use your energy judging yourself not others..........

           We all have a lot of energy and most of us use our energy trying to figure out the right way to remove our unwanted weight safely and keeping it off.  Ya!!!  We really don't have time to judge anybody not even ourselves.  However and unfortunately it does happen and people waste there time judging others and sometimes feelings get hurt.  They sometimes forget to keep there voices down or they will make a jester with their body that will indicate just what they meant.  Now, don't take this in a negative way because most of the time they don't even realize they are judging others, when in fact they should be spending more time judging themselves. If you have time to judge others, then they should use that time judging themselves.  They should be trying to figure out  how they can work on to get  closer to their goal.  It's something we all can do, get closer to our goals.  We can do it. We are the "STARS of our GOALS
 and we are going to succeed.  Success we be ours.
