I didnt' do as well as I hoped this week in regards to eating and drinking and exercising but did still manage to lose 1lb.  I am hoping I can get more exercise in this week for the final week of the contest my family is doing.  I didn't stay for the meeting but heard it was the same as the previous week (a lot of complaining about the scale and other things).  I think next week will be just a weigh in and then leave.  We haven't had a program in a month or more because of this.  I know another member who isn't very happy with it and would like some programs to help her.  

On a happier note my son was invited to participate in the People to People Student Ambassador Program next summer traveling to England, United Kingdom and Scotland.  He has his interview on Monday and hopefully it will go well.  If so there will have to be major fundraising  soon as it costs almost $7000 to go not counting any spending money or passport or other things.  If he is selected he will be gone at the same time my husband is in Afghanistan.  Hope everyone has a great week.
