Good Morning Everybody,
    We missed you all however we did have a wonderful time.  Our state fair was great.  It seemed like we took a step back into yesterday.  One change that impressed us was they used to have a big display of military equipment, no more.  Now they have a remembrance wall per each branch of service and those who have served can purchase a brick to add to the wall.  We thought that was really something special.  Now how have you all been doing?  Great we hope.  Staying on track and making plenty of music, that's the way to do it.    For those who have had losses or turtles whiles we were gone---great going--good job---keep up the good work and remember your closer to your goal.  If you had a gain, remember that you have the power to undo that and move forward towards your goal and success.  You can do it,  you can make it happen.

                                        Success happens for those who take charge..........
 
     Reading this one might think just what does this mean?  How does it relate to us?  Well, if we sit around and wait for something to happen or don't put any effort into our plan, then the success might take quit a while to happen or never happen.  Now on the other hand, like other things in our lives, we have to grab the bull by the horns or take charge.  Our actions have to be positive. We have to tell ourselves what we are doing is for ourselves and we want it.  Beside it good for us, we feel better, look better and we're happier.  Our success can happen once we take an approach to our plan. We know we have a pretty good idea what worked in the past.  Yes, you got it, success we're looking for will start to happen. We will start seeing results, each and every time we check.  Yep, at the scales, which is our friend and not our enemy.  Just remember  you can succeed once you take charge and set you mind on your goal.  You
 can do it.
