We do give backslider charms.
 
Example: A member has received a charm for first 10 lb loss. Then  gains 
back that 10 lbs, then losses it again.  They get a backslider  charm.   It 
can only be awarded once.
 
We have a couple members that have lost the same 10 lbs over and  over.  
Chapter voted that they should only be awarded once for  backsliding.
 
They can be weekly and monthly losers and have a choice of 4 weeks free  
dues, or a charm
