How do you figure out if someone is due a 10 pound charm? We are going to give charms out every 3 months. Example... 

1 wk lost 3 pounds
2 wk lost 2 pounds
3 wk lost 5 pounds   10 pounds total lost would she be awarded a 10lb charm
4 wk gain 2 pounds    8 pounds lost
5 wk gain 2 pounds   6 pounds lost
6 wk turtle
7 wk turtle
8 wk gain 1 pound     5 pounds lost
9 wk gain 1 pound     4 pounds lost
10 wk lost 2 pounds   6 pounds lost
11 wk lost 2 pounds  8 pounds lost
12 wk turtle
