Well, we had a great morning today....we finally had a no gain week! I
joined
this chapter in 1-05 and there hasn't been one since before I joined!!
There were only 8 Tops and we had an 11.5 total loss!!!

And me, I lost 2.5 lbs. this is the lowest I've been since before Jan. 07. I
didn't have my books with me to look any farther back. I only have 7.5 lbs.
to
my goal now, please everybody say a prayer for me to get there soon and stay
there.
