Hi Everyone
               I am happy to report  that I gained 2 1/2 pounds this week  I
am very upset with myself that I am really going to work harder at losing
next week  I am going to push myself away from the computer and go for long
walks and keep trying at losing I want to have a big lose before the end of
the year
