Yikes!!!!!!!!!! After making my goal of staying in leeway for the summer, I
had a gain of 2.75 lbs. making me .25 lb. over leeway. I am so disappointed
in myself but am thankful that it is only .25 lb. over leeway----I know I
have 2 weeks to get back into leeway but the second week we will be in
Wisconsin celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary so I have to work hard
this week. I know I can do it if I just set my mind to it.
