Hi Everyone
   I am reporting my weigh in for September 3, 2009  I gained 2 pounds  I
am going to try and do the cut and burn program and hopefully it will help
me to lose weight as I have not been doing to good since I have not been
working , I am  not  active like I was when I was working all I do now is
watch TV and be on the computer and eat all day long  I am hoping to get
another job soon because I am getting depressed  just sitting at home. I
will do better this week
