You are correct..has nothing to do w/end of year resume...but..in secy min,
we have not only the weight report for the night, but for our chapter
records, we also have the amount of weight lost by our chapter since the
beginning of our chapter in 1980...of course, as some one suggested, we can make
a correction the next week...We also include how many people are present
which came from the Guide or our local Captains...Oh well...really no big
deal!..

Do hope all have had a big TOPS week and be sure and remember the "S" in
TOPS for the upcoming Labor Day Holiday (USA)
Hugs...Mignonette

Correct -- the secretary can add that so and so weighed later with a loss
or gain of xx. or however you normally record it. But you're right -- it
doesn't really matter as far as official records.

has nothing to do with the end of the year report it comes strictly from the
weight charts so your end of the year gain and loss would be accurate.? At
least that is the way I explained it to our chapter and we handle it that
way.,?
