[CyberTOPS] 9/3/2009 Weigh in / Exercise

Hey Everyone,
Well I'm not to upset over my results for this week. I gained 1 pound, and in
all honesty I did deserve to gain. This week I didn't do anything that Ishould
have, so I really can't complain about  gain. Hey it was only 1 pound so I am
happy about that. No exercising this week, sorry.
 
On a side note, this Sunday I'm participating in my first 5K race, I totally
can't wat. It's the Mariana Green up in San Francisco. If you all could please
good thoughts for me during the race at 9:00am PST that would be awesome. I
will let you all know next week how I did.
