Hello Everyone,
I had a Really Really BAD week. I had a 5 pound gain last night . I have
been under a lot of Stress  with my daughter. She has been rotten she is
really mean and nasty to both her Dad and I and no matter what she whines
and cries for everything. She is 7 and she didn't cry this much when she was
2. I am at my wits end with her. No mater what her dad and I say she says
NO. Then she picks up the phone and calls her grandma. I don't know what to
do. As you can see by my gain I have been doing a lot of emotional eating.
Sorry for the venting but I had to get it off my chest.
