? We would leave the report in the sec. book as reported.? That really has nothing to do with the end of the year report it comes strictly from the weight charts so your end of the year gain and loss would be accurate.? At least that is the way I explained it to our chapter and we handle it that way.,?

Subject: Re: [CyberTOPS] weigh in
The Weight Recorders Guide Book says that members arriving late will be
weighed AFTER the meeting.
This presents a problem with our chapter also, since the WR has already
figured and given her report and it has been put in the minutes....then we
have to re-do that.
How do other chapters treat the "Late Comers" and still stay within HQ
rules?

Hi Everyone
I am happy to report a loss of 1 1/4 pounds. We have a challenge next
week to lose again. I am going to do it!
I have a question for weight recorders as I am a weight recorder and want
to know what other groups do. We have digital scales and each week after
we are done weighing, they are packed in a suitcase to take home and
bring back the next week. In the past if a member came in after the
designated weigh in time, we weighed after the meeting. But it is such a
hassle to set up the scales again and weigh the late comer. Do you weigh
them in after the meeting or just mark them absent for the week? I would
be interested knowing what others do.
June
