[CyberTOPS] weigh in

Our scale is packed in a trunck.  It is put away as all our tops stuff is 
put inside.  We weigh those that come early or late.  I feel they should 
have the time to weight as they did come to the meeting for tops.  I think 
it keeps us all acountable for our poundage.
